Levy Design Partners is currently working with the SFHA on an as needed contract, providing services from assessments to construction administration on various sites needing modernization and ADA upgrades.  Projects Include:  200 Randolph, a renovation to an existing 16 unit apartment complex including new paint and roof, new exit stairs and security gates as well as new landscaping.  At Rosa Park Senior Center, our work is ongoing and has included an assessment study of the recreation center building.   The assessment includes upgrades for accessibility, site improvements as well as green systems such as installation of a ‘cool roof’, double glazed windows and solar collectors.  At the Egbert Commission Room, LDP is converting a warehouse space used by the SFHA to a new public Commission Hearing Room.
