This 9 story concrete 22-unit project is located on an infill site spanning from the busy street on the alley behind. The design created an internal courtyard, with three townhouse units per side every two stories. The exterior design works with the scale with its neighbors, by recalling their verticality and their taller floor to floor heights. The first floor on Bush Street has a commercial space facing the street to support street life.
