The renovation of the ground floor and basement of a 6 story heavy timber industrial structure built at the turn of the century in SOMA exposed the existing structure and used non-toxic and sustainable materials wherever possible. The building's major tenant, a high-technology PR firm has 12,400 square foot space included several conference rooms, space for large gatherings, and 35 enclosed offices within the larger open plan.
