John McLaren Child Development Center (CDC) for the San Francisco Unified School District is a modular building campus located along the south side of 2055 Sunnydale Avenue in San Francisco. On the existing footprint of the previously abandoned bungalows the proposed modular buildings range from approximately 900 to 2,930 square feet in size and will have a total square footage of approximately 10,900 square feet. The project uses five modular buildings to create a new campus on part of the adjacent school site. It will accommodate four preschool classrooms as well as two afterschool classrooms. Modular buildings will also house the multipurpose and administrative spaces.
