Jack London South Park

This mixed-use project, including four residential units and two commercial spaces, was built on a corner site in South Park in the SOMA area of San Francisco. The structure experimented with alternative structural systems, framed entirely in lightweight steel. All construction materials incorporated non-toxic, renewable, and recycled materials.
